Formula for area of a square is πr^2
But the area of a full circle is calculated for 360°
And so if you want to calculate the area for only a portion of it , i.e. only for 77°, then the formula would be:

----- × π × r^2
360

= ----- × π × 10.7^2
360
By substituting the value of π here, the area of sector is:
= 76.93 inches
Rounding off to the nearest ten is the answer:
~ 80 inches
