From day 1 to day 4, observe that the number of chinook to the number of steelhead can be simplified to a ratio of 2:5

So the pattern here is that it will stay at 2:5

As such, you can calculate what is the number of steelhead on day 5.

For part 2, mark the points on the axis first.
Then connect the points via a line
