When a car is moving, there is a lot of friction between the tyres of the car and the road. This friction translates to heat energy which heats up the tyre and the air within, resulting in an increase in volume of the air due to expansion. Since the air expands more than the tyre, the pressure in the tyre increases, resulting in a higher pressure after moving compared to when it is at rest.
