Since displacement-time graph is downward sloping, gradient is always zero.
Since gradient of displacement-time graph = velocity, velocity will always be negative with respect to time. Hence, only C fufils the requirement.

The explanations are inside the image. The trick is to draw lines that represent the gradients like in the image. These lines are called tangents, something you would have learnt in E Maths.
