After simplifying the given fraction and factorising the denominator, you will be able to see 1 linear factor (x+3) and 1 repeated linear factor (x+1)^2 (Refer to rules of partial fractions). Solve by subbing x values to make certain A,B,C values =0. And solve for the remaining variable. Hope it helps! do check for careless mistakes.

It is similar to earlier in Q8. You need to be able to factorise the denominator and be able to see that it can form a linear factor and a repeated linear factor as shown before in Q8. Hope it helps! Do check for careless mistakes (:
