Firstly, you need to find the volume occupied by the 2 cubes because the volume occupied by the 2 cubes will not be occupied by water.
Secondly, you have to find the volume of water in the container. So you take the length X breadth X height of the water and minus the volume occupied by the 2 cubes.
Since it takes 1 minute for 1000cm^3 of water to be drained out, 7000cm^3 of water will take 7 minutes! :)
