1st
1.) Split the inequality into separate parts and solve them individually.

2.) Draw a number line for both inequality

3.) The area on the number line that contains both inequality is the final answer.
This is because, the unknown ‘x’ must fulfill both the inequality at the same time. ie, x must be greater than or equal to -6/4
AND
x must be less than 3.
