Group the numbers into repeating sets. The first six numbers are one set. And then the cycle repeats.

Get the sum of one set.

In 100 numbers, there are 16 complete sets. Get the sum of 16 sets.

There is 4 numbers remaining, which are in the same pattern, and the sum is 4.
