Typically when an equation is in the form y= (x - h)^2 + k, the vertex (which is a maximum or a minimum point) will be (h,k). Using that you can find the values of h and k.
In part (c), when you find the x values there will be one greater than the other. As seen in the graph A is smaller than B along the x axis. Thus you will know which x value is for which point.
