Try to understand the models and see if it makes sense. For the female 20% decrease. The main block can be divided into 10 and 2 units can be removed. But you also have to taken into consideration the additional 60. A 20% decrease would mean that there is a 20% decrease in the whole model which includes 60 as well. Thus a 20% decrease would give you 80% of 60 remaining which equals 48 as shown in the diagram.

The rest is as follows.
The reason why i divided the model into 10 parts is cause it is easier to assume that the initial model was 100%. When the changes occur, 1 unit can represent 10%. And thus when there is a 20% decrease, 2 units are removed. And a 30% increase would mean that you add 3 additional units.
