Take note that each portion unpainted involves 2 faces when the cubes touch each other

Also, do not count in the undersides since the stack was dropped into the tin, not the paint pouring in

Since there are a total of 12 faces unpainted, each face is 192÷12=16cm2
Therefore each side is 4cm
Volume of each cube is thus 4×4×4=64cm2
