Hi can you enlighten me why can't I arrange the equation in 60/x - 60/x-5?

its because 60/x is technically a smaller number than 60/x-5.. it affects whether the RHS is positive or negative!

you can try subbing x as any randomn number above 5, for eg x=10. hope this explains ;)
