Rina had a box of red, blue and green counters. The ratio of red counters to blue counters was 5:2. The ratio of blue counters to green counters is 3:5.

A) what is the ratio of red to blue to green counters ?

B) After Rina took out 126 red counters from the box, 1/3 of the remaining counters are red. How many counters were left in the box ?

I think ratio used is not correct.
The question stated red to blue to green.
Red to blue is 5:2
blue to green is 3:5

But the answer for (A) seems using wrong ratio ? Can help to explain ?
