Hi,
It will be 6.5 cm. When looking to round up to an integer, look at the number on the decimal point's immediate right. If the number is 5-9, then the number will be rounded up to the next integer. If the number is 0-4, then the number will remain the same ( which is rounded down, as it will less than the original number.) In this case, since the integer given is 7, to find the smallest number, go down one number to 6 and give it a decimal of 0.5, as it is the smallest number possible to round up 6 to a 7.
