Hi Chun Li, lets look at it this way
1. The original number is at 100%
2. After reducing it by 25%, it is 100% - 25% = 75%
3. Therefore, 75% = 300
4. if 75% = 300, what is 1%?
5. 10%= 300/75
6. Therefore 100% = 300/75 x 100
