i'm don't understand what you write
HAHAHAH Then I don't think the problem lies with my handwriting but with your understanding.
To find the inverse function, you replace x with f^(-1) (x) and f(x) with x. And make f^(-1) (x) the subject.
Your teacher might teach you to replace x with y and f(x) with x and make y the subject and then replace y with f^(-1) (x). Both ways are fine.
