It’s a pretty tedious process so beware of any potential careless mistake(s). As long as you know how the region Q looks like (I strongly suggest you do by sketching the graph out first so that it is easier for you to visualise), the rest should be pretty standard already; the main approach to answering this question is knowing your volume-of-solid formula and evaluating it using Integration by Parts.
