Adult = children + 350
2/5 adults left so it becomes 3/5 adults
(A-2/5A)
1/4 children left so it becomes 3/4 children
(C-1/4C)
Hence we have two equations
A = C+ 350
3/5 A + 30 = 3/4 C
On solving you get C = 1600
1/4 of 1600 = 400 children left
1600 - 400 = 1200 children remained
