a) 1+3+5...+99 = 100 seqs
- Because 1,3,5,7,9... are odd numbers, (100seqs ÷ 2) = 50 seqs

- PAIR the ends , (50seqs ÷ 2) = 25 seqs
[(1+99),(3+97),(5+95)].....
so each will total up too 100

*** 25seqs ×100 =2500 cans

b)
- using the same logic of the total of 100
10000cans ÷ 100 = 100 layers
100 layers × 8cm = 800cm or 8m
