Sorry for the mistake, I realise I made the same mistake in qn 7 also. But luckily the final answer is not affected.

Why is it not affected? I did it with the -1/2 and got a different answer!can show me?
Cus when we have the negative half as power, the whole base is in the denominator. So when we equate the whole fraction to zero, we only need to focus on the numerator and ignore the denominator.
Are you familiar with the chain rule btw.
