I think i know but if im wrong i am really sorry!!! 38-10= 28 (the difference between them) "thrice as her age" (10×3= 30) 30-28= 2
Answer : her age is 2 year old

Hi! It’s important to know that the increase of Sarah’s age and her father’s age is the same. (So, one year later both their age increase by 1). I use the shaded block to represent the increase in age. Do ask questions if you don’t understand.
