I'm not sure how to find the smallest postive integer k such that 360k is a multiple of 196?

360k has to have at least the same factors as 196, so k will be the product of the missing factors, which is 7 square. There is already 2^3 in 360, which is more than the 2^2 in 196 so k doesn't include a 2 anymore
