1st
So first u expand by cross multiplying the fractions.
Then look at the terms that can be grouped.
At this point i realised that z can be factorized and be made a subject.
Once that happens u can let z be (x + iy) and create 2 equations by comparing the real values and imaginary values.
And thats how u get to ur final answer where x and y are the real and imaginary values of Z respectively.
