Look at the steps carefully. First of all, your model drawing has to be correct. From there, you can find out how many stickers Calvin and Benson have each.
Express Calvin stickers as a fraction of Benson stickers.
The phrase "as a fraction of" means over. Calvin stickers over Benson stickers. Hope that helps. :)
