Is there something wrong in this table/inaccurate? I've been referring to this table to answer QA questions but it seems to be doing more harm than good.

It's from a set of notes given out by my school
In the context of secondary 4 syllabus, it contains a lot of unnecessary information beyond the requirements. There is also a confusing mish-mash of solutions and solids.
Wouldn't recommend you to keep using this table. Instead of this, you should try to remember the practicals you have done and how the Colour changes corresponds to the chemical equations.
