Because e power 0 =1. Anything power 0 will equal to 1, therefore it's essentially 100×1, which gives you 100

Sorry but I thought that for integration i have to bring down the 0.1 to times the 10 right while leaving e^-0.1t as it is?

And i think you may have mixed up differentiation and integration bc you bring down powers to differentiate, but divide by powers to integrate
