Hi answer is incorrect as the initial ratio of 1:3 is wrong.
Yellow cups take up 1/3, blue+green cups will naturally take up 2/3 of the cups.
So the ratio would be
1:2

This is a model question. Yellow cups -> 1 big unit. Blue and green -> 2 units. We split the units into 18 units, green-> 8 units, blue -> 10 units, yellow -> 9 units. Ratio of yellow : blue => 9:10
