Idk
I'm adding the total number of 1 car and 1 motor's wheel together to find the equal number of cars and motor. The number is 12 which means there are 12 motors and cars each. Round down the number if you get decimal point when dividing. Then u multiply 12 by 6 again to find the extra number of wheels left. The extra wheels is 2 which means it can only be a motorbike. So this means that the number of car is still 12 but the number of motor has increased by 1 which is 12+1=13 in total. To double check if the number of vehicles are correct, add 13 motorbikes and 12 cars. You will get the initial 25 vehicles in total as stated in the question.
