For part i of the question, the button moves to the right when you get the number '5' or '6' so there are only 2 possibilities out of 6 numbers.
For part 2, you need to imagine the different combinations you can get and therefore the end position of the button. You can get either left left, or right right, or left right, or right left. You will realise the end point can never be at Q. Therefore the answer is 0 because when you say the probability is 0, it means it has no chance of happening. Hope this helps.
