Looks good as a start! We proceed to factor common terms as far as possible ie (1 - 2x)³.

y = (x² - 3x + 4) (1 - 2x)⁴

dy/dx
= (x² - 3x + 4) (-8) (1 - 2x)³ + (2x - 3) (1 - 2x)⁴

(We factor out the common (1 - 2x)³)

= (1 - 2x)³ [-8 (x² - 3x + 4) + (2x - 3) (1 - 2x)¹]
= (1 - 2x)³ [-8x² + 24x - 32 + 2x - 4x² - 3 + 6x]
= (1 - 2x)³ [-12x² + 32x - 35]
