I would like to check if my working is correct:

Area of quadrant (highlighted in yellow)
= 1/4 x 3.14 x 4 x 4
= 12.56 cm2

Area of rectangle (highlighted in blue)
= 10 x 4 = 40cm2

Total area = 12.56 + 40 = 52.56cm2

Area of unshaded triangle = 1/2 x 4 x 14 = 28 cm2

Shaded Area = 52.56 - 28 = 24.56 cm2

However, answer provided was 12.57 cm2
