Draw a line from S to Q to get 2 triangles.
Triangle PQS would have a height of 20cm.
Triangle SRQ would have a height of 26cm.
From there, use 0.5 × base × height for each of them and sum them up. :)

(14×20+8×26)÷2=244 cm²
