sin (x + y)
= sin x cos y + cos x sin y
=1/2 +1/4
= 3/4
sin (x - y)
= sin x cos y - cos x sin y
=1/2 -1/4
= 1/4
x + y = arcsin (3/4)
x - y = arcsin (1/4)
2x = arcsin (3/4) + arcsin (1/4) -> x = 31.5 degrees
2y = arcsin (3/4) - arcsin (1/4) -> y = 17.1 degrees

I am a full-time English tutor with over 10 years of experience. I have tutored English for local school syllabuses (AEIS, PSLE, N Level, O Level and A Level) and international school syllabuses (IGCSE, IB and AP). My online teaching rates are as follows, and I do not conduct face-to-face teaching:
Primary school (P5 and P6 only): $60 per hour
Secondary school (Sec 1 to Sec 3): $80 per hour
Secondary school (Sec 4 to Sec 5): $90 per hour
JC1: $100 per hour
JC2: $120 per hour
Lessons are for a minimum of 1.5 hours and payment is to be made before each lesson. My current availability is as follows:
Monday to Friday, 3.00pm - 4.30pm only
Saturday, 6.00pm - 7.30pm only
