a × 3b = 2a × c
a × 3b - 2a × c = 0
a × (3b - 2c) = 0 -> a and 3b - 2c are parallel
i.e. 3b - 2c = λα
a × 3b - 2a × c = 0
a × (3b - 2c) = 0 -> a and 3b - 2c are parallel
i.e. 3b - 2c = λα
