Since the co-ordinates of S are unknown, we will express S as (x,y). Simultaneous equations based on the property of a parallelogram, of having opposite sides which are parallel, are then used to solve for x and y. This allows for the co-ordinates of S to be found.
(ii)
The information that T lies on y=x implies that the value of y co-ordinate of T is equal to that of its x co-ordinate. Hence, T’s co-ordinates can be expressed as (t,t).
By using the formula for distance between 2 points, we can find the value of t and find the co-ordinates of T.

Wait , cos the question stated as PQRS instead of PQSR, so possible answer ② is rejected. Only ① is correct, and this PQRS is a rectangle
