Use long division on the quartic equation with x² - 2x + 2 to obtain the remaining quadratic factor. Then solve for the roots of that quadratic factor to get the other pair of roots.

You should get x² - 4x + 5 as the other quadratic pair which makes the other 2 roots 2 ± i
