Hi . Thanks for the ans . May i ask how did you get 1/3 for b(i)?
P(both gold) = P(1st gold) and P(2nd gold)
= 2 gold/4 total medals x 1 gold left/3 total medals left after picking a gold
After picking the first medal, he is not replacing that medal. So total medals will reduce by 1 and gold medals will also reduce by 1.
