Note that the length of the green line is 54 cm.
The green line is actually the sum of:
1 side of the big equilateral triangle, 1 side of the small equilateral triangle, 1 side of the big equilateral triangle, 1 side of the big equilateral triangle, 1 side of the small equilateral triangle and 1 side of the small equilateral triangle.
So, the sum of the blue lines is also 54 cm and the sum of the brown lines is also 54 cm.
Perimeter of the figure = 54 + 54 + 54 = 162 cm
