I will just try to offer some help...
1. All four points are equally spaced. 20 miles apart.
2. Use the fact that area between the curve and the time axis can be used to estimate the distance travelled within the time frame.
3. 10 miles from City B means the car has traveled 10 miles from A (t1), and 30 miles from A, (t2)
4. So, if you can estimate the values of t1 and t2, then you should be able to find the percentage.
