May I know why x4 to both the 70% and 30%?
75%=¾
Denominator is 4
So ×4 to ensure we can work with whole number
70%:30%
=7:3
7÷4=decimal

Must 3×4=12 too
12 is a multiple of denominator 3, again work with the whole number
