pls help im abit confused. why is 2x 7° =14? i thought every number that has like a 0 on top is supposed to be 1?

I think you misunderstood something. When you divide 1400 by n=14, it’s like removing the 7 to the power 1 and making it 7 to the power 0 which equals 1. So what you are left with is 2^2 x 5^2 which is a perfect square as the question wants.
