hi, how does getting x=1.20 (3sf) get 2.12pm?
Im assuming you did get the same x value as me.
So x is the number of hours past 1pm right?
That means that if x = 1.20 (3sf) satisfies the 10km condition, the actual time is 1.2 hours past 1pm.
What is 1 hour past 1pm? 2pm.
What is 0.2 remaining hours in minutes? 12 mins.
So thats why 2:12pm :)
