rearrange: 2y=5x+1
y = 5/2 x +1/2
since l2//l1, they have the same gradient = 5/2
use formula: y-y1 = 5/2(x-x1)
substitute x =-3 and y=2 into formula
y-2 = 5/2(x+3) and simplify
rearrange: 2y=5x+1
y = 5/2 x +1/2
