I found this question in an assessment book and noticed the answer key was wrong but could not figure out why.

1. Can you help me understand why the answer key undercounts?
2. Can you help me fix the working in the answer key (but use the same approach)?

Please comment for question 1 even if you can't solve question 2!

Method 2 only accounts for the number of ways to arrange 3 letter words using 6 letters without repeats this gets rid of the number of letters arranged using both O
Just need to add 2C2*4C1*3P1
