Prove that OBQC is a cyclic quad.
Opposite angle in a cyclic quad have a total of 180°
Probe:
∠OCQ + ∠OBQ = 180°
∠OCQ and ∠OBQ is equal to 90° as PCQ and RBQ are tangents to the circle at C and B respectively.
Therefore, ∠BOC + ∠BQC = 180°
Sum of interior angle for quadrilateral is 360°
ALL opposite angle have a total of 180°, therefore OBQC is a cyclic quad.
