I’m from IP so idk if this is e math or a math. But I’m not quite sure how to find m and n I simplified the thing into 32 x 3^2n-1x x^3n-4

your working is correct up to there.
recall your rules of indices
a^m = a^n implies m=n
to continue, you need to equate powers of x on LHS & RHS.
3n-4 = -1 gives n=1
substitute n=1 to (32)(3^(2n-1)) gives m=96.
suggestion ... you should try to have habit of putting brackets where necessary.
