answer is 19 x 4 wheel cars and 10 bicycles.
Sorry i am not very good at explaining.
96 /4 = 24. to find out how many you are short.
29-24 = 5 (means u have 20 wheels short. to cover up u need to minus another 5 cars to give u the 20 wheels.)
24 - 5 = 19 cars = 76 wheels.
10 bicycles = 20 wheels.
