Let's call the external angle at point D angle x.
Use pythagoras' theorem to find the adjacent side,
sqrt(100 - 35) = sqrt(64) = 8
cos(angle x) = 8/10 = 4/5
cos(CDE) = - cos(anglex) = -4/5
