Hello there. Based solely on the given parameters and conditions, the solution is as shown.
However, if you were to plot these graphs, the conditions listed in the question do not pan out. For example, the tangent to both circles cannot possibly have a gradient of -0.5. Furthermore, A(-1,1) is also not possible. In other words, this question is flawed.
