I can get the answer using algreba expression (using chatgpt) . But not able to find it using model. Please help.

You can use ratio method (total unchanged) to solve as well.
Type of question: total unchanged, internal transfer
At first, Nurin : Lingesh : Total
= 3 : 4 : 7
After giving 6 cookies,
Nurin : Lingesh : Total
= 1 : 2 : 3
Change the units for both totals to the same number by multiplying throughout. The lowest common multiple is 21
3 × 7 = 21
7 × 3 = 21
At first, Nurin : Lingesh : Total
3 : 4 : 7
↓×3
9 : 12 : 21
After, Nurin : Lingesh : Total
1 : 2 : 3
↓×7
7 : 14 : 21
We can see that Nurin gave 2 units away (9 - 7 = 2). Lingesh received 2 units (12 + 2 = 14)
Total is unchanged.
So 2 units = 6 cookies
1 unit = 6 cookies ÷ 2 = 3 cookies
Total = 21 × 3 = 63

Hope this helps. Much easier to use ratio than draw a model, though the model will be no different from the representation ratio brings. Regards
